2019-1-HU01-KA101-060125

E cél megvalósítását segítik elő a különböző tematikájú módszertani továbbképzések. A nyelvtanárok által pályázott módszertani kurzusok biztosítják a nyelvi kompetenciák frissítését, fejlesztését, amelyhez az idegen nyelvi környezet mindennél hatékonyabban tud hozzájárulni. A módszertani eszköztár bővítése, folyamatos fejlesztése állandó elvárás a gyakorlóiskolában. Gyakorlóiskolaként pedagógusaink hasznosítani tudják megszerzett ismereteiket a hallgatókkal való foglalkozások során is, ezzel is bővítve a hallgatók kompetenciáit.

Preserving the competitiveness of our school among the educational institutions of the region a variety of methodologies and internationalization
2019-1-HU01-KA101-060125
Preserving the competitiveness of the school among the educational institutions of the region is one of the mid- and long-term goals of the management of the school. It is the realization of this goal that is promoted by the further training programs on different topics of methodology. The methodology courses that the language teachers have applied for ensure the brushing up and developing of language competences, which can most efficiently be done in a foreign language environment. The enlargement and continuous development of the methodological repertoire is an unceasing expectation at the teacher trainee practice school of the university. The university students observe the classes on a regular basis, the senior teachers manage their teaching practice, while the panel managing consultants hold demonstration classes and workshops several times a year. The state-of-the-art knowledge of ICT devices, the application of internet-related techniques are inevitable in the teaching practice of the 21st century. The institution regards it as one of its key strategic objectives to get the teachers acquainted with the latest developments of classroom technology, to train them and make them more confident in the utilization of computer applications, and to increase the conscious use of ICT devices in the classroom. It was recognized by the management of the institution that getting familiar with, and including the social media in classroom work would become unavoidable in the future. The colleague who has applied for this further training program will get familiar with the potentials of the most popular social media for the educational environment, as well as the techniques by relying on which the learning process may be made more enjoyable and efficient. The development of the motivation and creativity of the teachers and students is one of our mid- and long-term goals. Technical and scientific knowledge contributes to laying the foundations, while the soft skills open the doors to building careers. They can be applied in any field of study and they are also useful for personal development. In addition to the innovative teaching methods and strategies, the teachers should master these skills in order to be able to promote communication, help overcome stress, handle anxiety, and teach relaxation. In this application, we are planning 17 mobilities. At the request of the school management and the maintainer of the school, we are planning each course for the summer holidays: - 7 courses develop the language skills and methodological knowledge of our teachers (for language teachers: 3 English courses, 2 German courses, 1 French course and 1 Hungarian course on teaching Mathematics): there are 5 senior teachers, including 4 teachers who are also experts and consultants among the colleagues applying for the methodology mobilities. We have selected training programs targeting several age groups for efficient utilization: separate programs for our lower and higher primary school classes, and for our secondary grammar school students. - 4 courses deal with the possible uses of ICT devices within general metholodogy (language of course: English): from the 2 colleagues who have applied for these courses, 2 teach at the primary school section of the institute, 1 works in secondary grammar school training, and the librarianteacher colleague is in contact with the students of all age groups of the school. - 1 course is on the involvement of social media in the educational environment: the female colleague applying for this course teaches both at primary and secondary schools and she is a homeroom teacher too. - 2 courses are aimed at the mastering of the conscious use of soft skills and the beneficial effects of these on the learning environment: 2 senior teachers have applied for the Hungarian language course dealing with the presentation and strengthening of soft skills, one of them teaches both lower and higher primary school classes, the other one teaches secondary grammar school and university students. - 3 courses develop the foreign language competence of colleagues teaching other subjects (2 German courses, 1 English course): each of the applicants are senior teachers, who are in daily contact with the university students, one of them also works as an expert, and one also teaches at university, besides working at the teacher trainee practice school. The knowledge obtained during the training programs will be incorporated into the educational activities of our colleagues as soon as the next academic year. They will master such competences in these programs which support the teaching process and make teaching and learning a more colorful experience. Our teachers working at the teacher trainee practice school may also utilize the knowledge that they have obtained for their consultation sessions with the students, thus also extending the students' competences.
